REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE

RETURNS

You can initiate a return within 14 days from the day you receive the parcel for a refund. You must obtain an RA number via the link below.

Please note that a return postage fee (see below) will be deducted from the refund amount if you choose to use our return labels.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT (only for Australia and New Zealand)

You can initiate an exchange or store credit within 14 days from the day you receive the parcel. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns.

SALE MERCHANDISE
Items bought during sitewide promotions, such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, and EOFY sales, are considered sale items. We do not offer free exchanges on sale items.

BUNDLES AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Items bought with a Bundle and/or Promotion are considered sale items. We do not offer free exchanges on sale items.

RETURNS

Sale items and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds.

All sale items can be exchanged for merchandise or store credit within 14 days from the day you received the parcel. After this period, we will no longer accept returns.

RETURN POSTAGE FEE

A postage fee enables us to offer pre-paid return labels for Australian and New Zealand orders. This fee helps cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Melbourne.

This fee is not built into our prices because we believe in making our products available to you at the fairest possible cost.

Australian returns are subject to a $15AUD postage fee, deducted from your refund. New Zealand returns are subject to a $18AUD postage fee, deducted from your refund.

To request a return label, please contact info@3rdstory.com.au with the following information: your order number, items you’d like to return.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in new condition, unworn and unwashed, in original packaging with hangtags attached.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. You will be informed if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Please note that it can take up to 2-3days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to your account.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law.

 

DISCOUNT CODE AND STORE CREDIT

Discount code and Store credit cannot be used in-conjunction with other discount codes or promotional offers. Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To begin a return for an international order, please contact info@3rdstory.com.au

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To make a return, please send your parcel to the address below using a courier or postal service of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping option, as we can only process returns once the item has been delivered to us.
