Shipping & Returns
Delivery times depend on the shipping address. Within Australia, usually between 2-6 business days. We’ll email shipping details to you once your order has been dispatched, so you can keep track of your delivery via Australia Post.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We ship Australia wide and International.
Your tracking number may take up to 12 hours to become active. If you are experiencing any issues with your tracking number, please get in touch with us so we can get this issue resolved.
Please use our Returns Portal. Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method.
Check the estimated arrival date listed under the pre-order tab. This date is an estimate, and unforeseen delays may occur.
