 There may be delays due to AUSTRALIA POST, but we will try to dispatch same day to try to minimize this.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please use our Returns & Exchange Portal. 

Once your return has been lodged and approved, you must send all items back within 3 days of receiving our approved email. Put your invoice or order confirmation email inside your return parcel and lodge your return with a courier/postal service of your choice. Hold on to your tracking number, so that you can keep an eye on your parcel. 

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges and free return for a store credit on Full Price items for Australian Orders only. 

After an item had been exchanged, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges for the exchanged item.

Refunds

All Full Price items are eligible for a Full Refund for the item. You must obtain an RA number via our Returns & Exchange Portal.

Return Labels

For a refund, sale items or orders purchase with a promotion, return label can be provided for $15 Flat Rate for Australian orders and $18 Flat Rate for New Zealand orders.  Amount will be deducted from your refund total. Please request a return label from customer service info@3rdstory.com.au

Discount Code

Promotions and Discount code cannot be used in-conjunction with other discount codes or promotional offers.

Pre-Order Items

Please check the estimated arrival date below the pre-order tab. Please note that this date is an estimate and delays can occur. If you ordered an item that is in stock along with your pre-order item, your order won't be shipped out until the pre-order arrives. Please get in touch with us via email info@3rdstory.com.au referencing your order number if you need to organise separate shipping.

Sale Items 

Sitewide sales such as Black Friday, EOFY SALES, Boxing Day sales are classed as sale items. All items purchased on sale are eligible for store credits. We do not offer free exchanges on any items purchased on a sale. 

Final Sale

Strictly no returns, exchange or refund on "Final Sale" items. 

Promotions:

All items purchased on promotions are eligible for store credits. We do not offer free exchanges on any items purchased on a promotion.

Gift Cards and Store Credits

Gift Cards and Store Credits are not to be returned or exchanged for cash. All items purchased with a Gift Card and Store Credit are eligible for store credit.

Return Policy

If an item is NOT in its original condition and/or is returned with marks on it, the parcel will be returned to the sender. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Returns

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. To make a return, please return your parcel to the below address with a courier/postal service of your choice. We recommend a trackable option as we can only process returns once delivered to us.
