There may be delays due to AUSTRALIA POST, but we will dispatch same day to try to minimize this.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once your return has been lodged and approved, you must send all items back within 3 days of receiving our approved email. 


We offer free exchanges and free return for a store credit on Full Price items for Australian Orders. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

After an item had been exchanged, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges for the exchanged item.


All Full Price items are eligible for a Full Refund for the item. You must obtain an RA number via our return and exchange portal above.

For a refund, return label can be provided for a $15 Flat Rate for Australian orders and $18 Flat Rate for New Zealand orders.  Amount will be deducted from your refund total. 

Discount Code

Our online platform does not allow multiple discounts to be used together.

Sale Items 

Sitewide sales such as Black Friday, EOFY SALES, Boxing Day sales are classed as sale items. All items purchased on sale are eligible for store credits. We do not offer free exchanges on any items purchased on a sale. 

Final Sale

Strictly no returns, exchange or refund on "Final Sale" items. 


All items purchased on promotions are eligible for store credits. We do not offer free exchanges on any items purchased on a promotion.

Gift Cards and Store Credits

Gift Cards and Store Credits are not to be returned or exchanged for cash. All items purchased with a Gift Card and Store Credit are eligible for store credit.

Return Policy

If an item is NOT in its original condition and/or is returned with marks on it, the parcel will be returned to the sender. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
