Return & Exchange
AU Customers: Return within 14 days for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

Exchange: Free exchange and free return for a store credit on FULL PRICE items for Australian orders. After an item had been exchanged, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges for the exchanged item.
Refund: All Full Price items are eligible for a refund via our returns portal above. Return shipping label can be provided for a $14 Flat Rate for Australian orders and $18 Flat Rate for New Zealand orders. Amount will be deducted from your refund total
