I searched for ages trying to find a pair of non-fleece track pants that were high enough on the waist, short enough on the legs, and big enough on the thighs. These tick all boxes. For reference I'm 160cm tall and these land a few cms above my ankles. I'm also quite curvy and have a smaller waist but larger bum and thighs.
